Welcome to UNICOLOOM. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website and purchasing products from us. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Store Information

UNICOLOOM sells sculptural accessories, including rings, magnetic phone grips, phone charms, and related decorative items.

2. Online Store Platform

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, descriptions, colors, sizes, photos, prices, and availability accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.

Some UNICOLOOM products are made using FDM 3D printing and hand-finishing processes. Visible layer lines, support-removal marks, sanding traces, and small surface variations may appear. These are normal characteristics of the production process and are not considered product defects when they do not affect normal use or wear.

4. Orders and Acceptance

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation means we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, payment issue, shipping restriction, or other reasonable business reason.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

6. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

Orders are shipped from mainland China unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, local carriers, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or incorrect shipping information.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy. Items must meet the eligibility rules stated in that policy.

For 3D printed products, layer lines, support-removal marks, sanding traces, and minor hand-finishing variations are expected production characteristics and do not qualify as quality defects by themselves.

8. Product Care and Use

UNICOLOOM accessories should be handled with care. Avoid high heat, heavy pressure, sharp objects, prolonged moisture, and strong impact.

Phone charms are decorative accessories and are not designed for long-time pulling or carrying a phone by the charm. Magnetic phone grips should be removed carefully from the side instead of being pulled straight up by the decorative part.

9. Intellectual Property

All UNICOLOOM designs, product photos, graphics, logos, text, packaging concepts, and website content are owned by UNICOLOOM or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to us, you grant UNICOLOOM permission to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for store, marketing, and customer support purposes, unless prohibited by applicable law.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit harmful code, to interfere with store security, to submit false information, or to abuse our services.
