Brand and product basics

What makes UNICOLOOM different?

UNICOLOOM creates soft-form accessories with sculptural details and quiet character. Many pieces are designed as giftable items with our motto Soft yet tough at the center of the brand.

What stones do you use?

Our current rings use cubic zirconia, not crystal. Stone color and placement may vary by design.

Are UNICOLOOM pieces 3D printed?

Many pieces are made using FDM 3D printing and then finished by hand. This process allows for sculptural forms that would be difficult to make in more conventional accessory formats.

Will 3D-printed pieces have visible marks?

Yes. Subtle layer lines, support-removal traces, and sanding marks may remain. These are normal characteristics of the process and do not affect normal wear.

Do any UNICOLOOM styles fit coquette or Y2K looks?

Yes. Bow, heart, cloud, floral, and translucent styles can work well for coquette, soft-girl, and Y2K-inspired outfits, especially when paired with playful hand styling or mirror selfie accessories.

Ring sizing and wear

How do ring sizes work?

Ring sizes are listed in US sizing. Current size groups are S = US 5-6, M = US 6.5-7, L = US 7.5-8, and XL = US 8.5. Selected styles may also be available with custom sizing.

Are these rings meant for daily wear?

Yes for normal decorative wear, but they should be protected from heavy pressure, rough impact, high heat, sharp objects, and prolonged moisture.

What does lightweight PLA or PETG mean here?

Depending on the design, UNICOLOOM may use lightweight PLA or lightweight PETG to build sculptural accessory forms. These materials are best understood as everyday decorative materials rather than fine-jewelry metals, and they should be treated with normal care.

Are the colors plated or likely to peel off?

These styles are not positioned like plated costume jewelry with a metallic coating that flakes away under normal handling. Under normal decorative wear, the finish is generally more color-stable, but we still recommend avoiding prolonged soaking, high heat, and harsh friction.

Magnetic phone grip questions

Are magnetic phone grips compatible with every case?

No. Magnetic phone grips should be used with magnetic-compatible cases or magnetic ring systems for proper hold.

How should I remove a magnetic phone grip?

Gently push or slide from the side instead of pulling straight upward from the sculptural top.

Are these grips made for mirror selfies or desk setups?

Many UNICOLOOM grips are styled for cute daily use, mirror selfie setups, and desk-side viewing, but compatibility and hold still depend on the case and magnetic base you use.

Shipping and returns

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from mainland China.

Where do you currently ship?

Checkout is currently configured for delivery within the United States.

How long does processing take?

Most orders are prepared within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.

What is your return policy?

Eligible unused and unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before returning anything. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. See our Shipping & Returns page for full conditions.

How soon must I send an approved return?

Ship an approved return within 7 days unless we agree to a different deadline in writing. Use a trackable service for customer-arranged returns and keep the tracking number.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

What should I do if tracking is delayed or my package appears lost?

Email hello@unicoloom.com with your order number and tracking number. We will review the tracking record and contact the carrier when available.

Are UNICOLOOM magnetic phone grips compatible with MagSafe?

Yes. UNICOLOOM magnetic phone grips are compatible with MagSafe iPhone cases and compatible magnetic rings. For best hold, attach the grip to a smooth, clean MagSafe-compatible case or magnetic ring surface.

Are UNICOLOOM rings good for Lolita, cosplay, or Y2K outfits?

Yes.
