What makes UNICOLOOM pieces different?
UNICOLOOM accessories are designed as playful, giftable pieces with soft shapes, dimensional details, and a hand-finished feel. Our motto is Soft yet tough.

Are the stones crystal?
Our current ring stones are cubic zirconia, not crystal. Product details may vary by design, so please check each product page before ordering.

How do ring sizes work?
Our ring sizes are listed in US sizing. Current size groups are S = US 5-6, M = US 6.5-7, L = US 7.5-8, and XL = US 8.5. Custom sizing may be available for selected designs.

Will 3D printed rings have marks?
Yes. Because many pieces are made with FDM 3D printing and then hand-sanded, subtle layer lines, support-removal marks, or finishing marks may appear. These are part of the process and do not affect normal wear.

How should I remove a magnetic phone grip?
Do not pull the decorative top straight upward. The magnet is strong, and hard pulling may damage the piece. Gently push the magnetic ring from the side to slide it off.

Can I use a phone charm to carry my phone?
Phone charms are decorative accessories. Do not pull, swing, or carry your phone by the charm for long periods, as this may cause the charm to break.
