Where do orders ship from?
Most UNICOLOOM orders are fulfilled from China and shipped to the United States.

Processing time
Orders are usually prepared within 2-5 business days. Some handmade or made-to-order pieces may take longer during busy periods.

United States shipping
Standard Shipping to the United States is currently $6.99. Estimated transit time is 7-12 business days after fulfillment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on local rules. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Custom items, worn items, damaged-by-use items, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
