## Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

### Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
- Items marked as custom, made-to-order, personalized, or final sale are not eligible for return.

### 3D Printed Product Characteristics
Some UNICOLOOM pieces are made using FDM 3D printing and finished by hand. Slight layer lines, support removal marks, sanding traces, and other minor surface variations are normal characteristics of this process. These details are not considered defects and do not qualify as quality-related reasons for return, refund, or exchange.

### Non-Defective Returns
If you would like to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipment error:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are non-refundable.
- The item must be returned in original condition.

### Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@unicoloom.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost.

### Returns Without Approval
Please do not send your order back without contacting us first. If a return is sent without approval, it may be refused or may not be eligible for refund.

### Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund

### Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please request a return first and place a new order separately.

### Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Packages
If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to:
- an incorrect address provided by the customer
- failed delivery attempts
- unpaid duties, taxes, or import charges

we may deduct original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees from the final refund.
